Monday night TV is killing me.
Hee Hee, i have a crush.
I forgot what it felt like to be real into someone, and be excited to see them and spend time with them. I got to hang out with him and i'm all smiley :)
And that sweet pain of realizing it might not be returned. I can't say for sure if he's into me. But i do know i missed that panicked feeling in my stomach when i realized how much i'm starting to like him and he might not like me back.
i've been so busy with school and work and coaching and trying to get a future together that i havent even looked twice and a guy. ever. i've thought this guys was cute for awhile, but we're both so busy i barely talked to him. i finally got a chance to spend time with him and i had alot of fun talking to him. he laughed, i laughed, i smiled, he smiled. i giggled like a school girl to my mom and dolo on the phone the next day. i havent felt this way in quite some time. it feels good. even if the feeling is not mutual, i'm having a good time getting to know him and indulging in horribly embarrassing puppy love behavior. i hope i get to spend some time with him soon.
wow, vomit. sorry about that little rant. moving on.
My first semester of school is almost over. HOORAY! of course it's been procrastination station. i don't do school work any other way. on wednesday i'll be done with all my big stuff and i can coast on to sweet sweet summer. where i only have to worry about the job i hate and coaching amazing girls with some less than stellar parents. not all of them, just a few.
Email i got from one parent today:
Jenna,
I am concerned with the cheer that was said right before our team took the field in the 2nd half of yesterday's game against Pike. If I heard correctly, I believe the girls ended the cheer with something along the lines of "we're going to kick your what?". If this is somewhat accurate, then I think it is quite obvious that "what" is to be replaced with another word. I personally don't believe this is appropriate for the girls to be cheering. This is disrespectful to the other team and it reflects poorly on ZYSA, the parents of this team, and yourself. I hope you will have the girls refrain from saying this cheer in the future. If I heard this incorrectly, please advise me, but I know other parents at the game interpreted it as I had.
Siiiiiiiiiiiiiigh. I replied back that i understand and will make sure the girls use other cheers. Soccer parents, their a whole different breed.
We got a win and a tie this weekend...and they played AWESOME both games. i was very happy about that.
